I have a vacation condo in Kissimmee, FL. I was coming down for the weekend to check up on the unit. Knew that carpet was going to need cleaning and had no clue who to hire. Decided to go with C & C due to the great reviews here on Yahoo. I now understand why there are so many nice comments. Charlie was great. He worked around my schedule. He did a great job on my upholstery and carpet. Took his time. He also brought his daughter which was cool too. What I learned that day was that Charlie is a family guy. I could tell right off the bat that he loved his daughter very much. This is not something you see too much of these days. She was a very friendly gal who was also very family oriented. I had my carpets cleaned several weeks ago by C & C and they did a FANTASTIC job. Charlie was very courteous and careful of my walls and furniture. (Wish my family was) He really attacked stains and heavy traffic areas as if he were cleaning his own home. When he was finished the carpets looked fabulous, smelled great, and felt wonderful when I walked on them. He even gave me tips for maintaining and prolonging the life of my carpets. This company is great. After looking for a carpet cleaning company that did the job and was affordable and even after contacting Stanley Steamers, C & C Carpet Cleaning fit the bill. Mr. Charles was very friendly. He came with his son and didn’t mind my little children in the way as he cleaned. If he needed furniture moved, he put it out of the way which really helped me since I am 8 months pregnant. This is a great family oriented company and I recommend them to anyone who wants or needs their carpet cleaned.
